Individual Worth -
What’s on Your Mind? “Let virtue garnish thy thoughts unceasingly; then shall thy confidence wax strong in the presence of God” (D&C 121:45)
Mutual Support. It’s not the same without you. (See D&C 84:110.)
Down
on Yourself? Reflect on
this: You are a child of God.
With His help, you can reach
your great potential.
Discover
the Beauty Within. Real
sparkle is not something you
put on. It comes from the heart.
(See 1 Sam. 16:7.)
You
Are Unique. And you are
not lost in the crowd. You are
known and loved by your Father
in Heaven. (See D&C 76:24.)
Good
Eggs. We may be different
on the outside, but everyone
contains great potential. Don’t
count anyone out before they
hatch. (See D&C 18:10.)
Make
Something of Yourself. With
the Savior’s help, you
shape your own life. Use him
as your model. (See 3 Ne. 12:48.)
Labels
Hide People. Behind each
tag is a real person with feelings,
hopes, and dreams. So use the
designer’s label—“child
of God.”
Don’t
Sell Yourself Short. Give
it your best shot. You don’t
know what you can do until you
make a big effort. (See D&C
64:33.)
Differences
Can Be Appealing. All of
us are needed to make life delicious.
(See Rom. 12:5.)
No
matter what your past has been,
you have a Spotless Future.
Be
Your Own Kind of Beautiful. “The Lord seeth not as
man seeth; for man looketh on
the outward appearance, but
the Lord looketh on the heart” (1 Sam. 16:7).
