In 1970 President Hinckley,
then Elder Hinckley, introduced
the CTR (Choose The Right) program.
This was specifically introduced
to the primary where a new class,
the CTRs, was created, along
with a new lesson plan, a new
song "Choose The Right,"
and of course the new CTR Ring.
